I have read your book "Shadows on the Path." I would like to ask, if you can help me with a serious problem. Eight years ago I  stupidly did some dangerous practices for my "third eye.” …. Could you please tell me: how can I stop these sensations? In your book you talked about having experienced similar things and I thought that maybe you could help me.

I have a dear friend who is a dedicated seeker and has participated in extreme meditation practices and uses many substances, such as CBD/THC, alcohol, psychedelics, etc... It appears that they are in some sort of awakening process - but are also exhibiting schizophrenic and destructive behaviors.

I don't want to "control" as I know the timing of my life is not in my control and yet, I'm feeling a little stuck understanding what "to not do" means.

In the past, I was concerned with disappointing my soul. But now, I am worried that if we as a people don’t start to actively address these wrongs on a large scale, humanity itself might not make it.

Previously, I was attracting a number of clients who pushed boundaries in various ways. This was a reflection of my burdened inner state and my own weak boundaries that mirrored my upbringing. I used to be self-identified as one who didn’t mind being in the trenches, and fielding any kind of question or client concerns.

How do we know we’re not mistaking codependency or enmeshment or conflict avoidance, etc. for love and the building blocks of a strong, expansive, and joyful relationship?

I find myself in a place for which I am wholly unprepared - having "subscribed" to a direction or trajectory I felt was "correct" or appropriate for at least 25+ years.

I have such a deep longing to live in community in my day-to-day life, to build a solid container for myself and others beyond the limitations of nuclear families and couple settings.

I just ended a toxic relationship that involved several layers of PTSD from my ex. I’m suspended… more aware, but empty. What's the bigger picture here that I’m not seeing?
