I am familiar with shadow work and lightworkers, but what about shadow workers?

I do not want to live in this fear and be defeated, I know I can overcome it, but currently I feel afraid to make any kind of move.

I am at a complete loss. It’s not the next level - it’s the same sad, lonely place I’ve inhabited since I was young.

I have been struggling with the whole “conscious manifestation” thing. Is it real?

I have panic attacks that have been pretty intense lately, but after it passes I’m left with a new sense of peace.

I am so heartbroken, I can’t breathe… and I am having panic attacks. All due to a relationship that I entered and all went sour.

My fear transformed into anger and a strong feeling of “enough is enough”.

Consciously I want to be at peace, joy… but seem to unknowingly cling very rigidly to pain-causing people, situations, and thought patterns, and feel very overwhelmed and scared to trust the unknown.

How necessary is it to heal past relationships by owning up to the behaviors that were ego and driven by my unconscious patterns of the past that I am now privy to?

What do you suggest someone do to delve deeper into their shadow and actively engage in "the work"?

Any thoughts on the non-vision aspect of the ceremony?
