We discuss many topics related to the shadow and shadow work. Personal as well as cultural issues related to grappling with this matter are also reviewed.

The topics covered include dropping into helplessness, tolerating anxiety as spiritual practice, enduring heartbreak and suffering as an opening into Self, and living fully in the face of impermanence with an open heart.
