followed by a group meditation and book signing.

Abdi is leading a group meditation at 430 Broome Street, 2nd Floor @ the corner of Crosby (SoHo, NYC) at the Ashtanga Yoga New York & Sri Ganesha Temple.

The doors will be open at 6:10 and the meditation will start promptly at 6:30.
No one will be allowed in after 6:30.
Also, there is a security code to get through the outer door so please make a note of it: 8006*
Please refrain from talking upon entering the space. Bring a cushion or pillow as the session will be about 45 minutes long.
If you cannot attend the meditation in person we invite you to sit with us in your own space during this time to benefit from the group energy.
